team opens season with second-place finish

The Greenhill Boys Golf team
opened its 2002 season by placing second among 15 other schools
in the Southwest High School Tournament held at the Fossil Creek
Golf Course in Fort Worth.
On probably the coldest wind
chill day of the winter so far, senior Matt
Rosenfeld once again led all golfers with a 69. Brian
Portner was also named medallist with a score of 78.
Jesuit won the tournament with an overall score of 320, with
Greenhill coming in with a 327.
Greenhill returns to action
next Monday in the Oakridge Tournament in Arlington.
