Team
finishes conference play undefeated
for ninth-straight year

The
Greenhill girls volleyball team finished its conference play
undefeated for the ninth-consecutive year. By defeating
Episcopal School of Dallas 15-5, 15-1 on Tuesday night, the
Hornets captured the North Zone title again without a loss.
Greenhill's
last loss was served up on September 21, at the Nike Challenge
Preview in Chicago, and the Hornets have not suffered a loss to
a private school team all season. The team defends its 2001
conference title at the Southwest Preparatory Conference
championships next week as the No. 1 seed in the North for the
10th time in eleven years. The SPC championships will be held
November 8-9, in Fort Worth at Trinity Valley School.
