Finding a Feed

News feeds are easy to find and the number of available feeds is growing daily. Many news and journal sites are now developing RSS feeds for some of their content. While many of these are open feeds (free of charge- you do not need to be a subscriber), there are feeds that do require you to register your feed and others that are only available to current subscribers.

Sites will often categorize their feeds allowing you to focus on specific topics such as business, international business, local news, science news etc. Usually, there is a link to their feeds on the front page. Look for the letters/words RSS Feeds or the orange box XML. You will need to look through the entire front page as there is little consistency as to where they place this information as you will see in the sample video on finding a feed.
