New venues replace bar, concert hall

A gaping hole was left in the Dallas live music industry when the Gypsy Tea Room finally shut down after nine years of being Dallas’s premier music venue. Largely due to a series of bad publicity and bankruptcy troubles, the Deep Ellum staple was ultimately forced to close its doors indefinitely on April 1.Read more
