Walking alongside a Greenhill “buddy” down the gravel paths, which for whatever reasons are never straight, usually incites a mix of awe and fear on the twisted and confused face of naïve visitors.

They hear a loud screech and from out of nowhere a very dark figure descends from the tree above. The look of surprise on their faces usually translates into, “What is that?” and the response is typically calm and unenthusiastic: “It’s a peacock.” read more
