Be Quiet! Meditation as a Life Skill
with Dan Kasten

In a world that seems to demand multi-tasking and non-stop action, a quiet refuge can be as near as the space between your ears. We’ll take a calm, careful look at a variety of meditative traditions and techniques. Readings and discussions will supplement group and individual practice. No experience necessary. Wherever you are is a good place to start.

Sessions: Five, 1-hour meetings
When: Wednesdays, January 23 & 30, February 6, 13, & 20
Time: 7-8 p.m.
Cost: $150
Limit: 15 participants

Register at least two weeks before your class first meets.
